A real conversation about where you are, what's shifted, and what you actually want the next chapter to look like. From there, we build a custom plan around it that works for you.
The Core Structure
Typically 4-6 months, meeting weekly to build steady clarity and momentum without adding chaos to an already full life.
Support between sessions via email and text because lightbulb moments don't wait for a scheduled call and neither should your support.
Built around your reality, not a rigid script.
Neurodivergent life and career coaching

Nonprofit leadership coaching
You're neurodivergent. Maybe diagnosed years ago, maybe more recently, or maybe still somewhere in the process of figuring out exactly what to call it. Somewhere along the way, you were probably taught to see your wiring as something to manage, mask, or apologize for. This isn't that.
This is about understanding how your brain is actually wired, instead of constantly working against it. This coaching comes from lived experience, not just a theory: my own diagnostic journey has moved back and forth between ADHD and autism, close enough to both that no single label has ever told the full story. What the process actually taught me is that the label matters less than learning how my brain experiences and interprets the world. Once I understood that, everything about how I worked, communicated, and moved through life started to make a lot more sense.
You are not broken. It's time to start owning your neurodivergence and treating it like the advantage it is.
Knowing your diagnosis but still relating to your brain like something broken
Feeling overwhelmed by a world that's too loud, too bright, too much
Struggling to ask for accommodations at work without feeling like a burden or a risk
Difficulty communicating your needs clearly to people in your life
Burnout from constantly working against your own wiring instead of with it
Wanting strategies that actually fit how you think, not generic advice built for a different kind of brain
Struggling to set and hold boundaries
You're a millennial standing at a point your parents' generation didn't really have language for. Maybe you followed the path you were told would work; the steady climb toward someone else's definition of success. And it's not necessarily that the path failed, but you realized, "what worked for them isn't working for me." You're finally in a position to ask what you'd choose if you were choosing freely instead of a script.
For elder millennials, this often shows up as recalibration. Kids are entering or finishing high school, aging parents need more from you, and your body reminds you that you're not 25 anymore. For younger millennials newly settled into their 30s, you've got the basics handled and now you're asking what the next real chapter looks like.
I'm asking a lot of these same questions in my own life right now. This isn't coaching from the outside looking in. It's coaching alongside someone in it with you.
Coaching is designed to help you stop running someone else's plan on autopilot and start building one that's actually yours.
Your path. Your terms.
Realizing the career path you build no longer fits who you've become
Feeling the weight of raising kids and caring for aging parents
Wondering what the second half of your career and life should look like
Questioning inherited beliefs about success and what you're "supposed" to want in life
Feeling behind compared to some vague timeline you never agreed to
Wanting more intention in how you spend the years ahead instead of just reacting to what's next
Sensing that something needs to change without yet knowing what
You're leading inside a nonprofit, and you're carrying more than the job description says. Maybe you're an Executive Director stretched across programs, fundraising, board management, and staff supervision with a fraction of the resources a similar-sized for-profit would have. Maybe you're a Development Director or Program Director who has been handed leadership responsibility without formal training or a roadmap. Maybe you've been doing this for years and you're good at it, but you're realizing that "good at putting out fires" isn't the same as "leading with intention."
Or maybe you're at a crossroad trying to figure out if the nonprofit path you've landed on is still the one for you.
With almost 20 years in the nonprofit sector in Executive Director, Development and Marketing Director, and Community Outreach Director roles, I coach nonprofit leaders who care deeply about the mission but haven't had the space to think clearly about how they lead, not just that they lead.
Feeling like you're managing chaos instead of leading with a plan
Struggling to set boundaries with a board, funders, or your staff
Leading a team without ever having been taught how to actually lead people
Wearing too many hats and not sure which ones you should put down
Feeling stuck between loyalty to the mission and burnout from the role
Wondering whether to grow deeper into your current organization or explore something else, inside the sector or beyond it
Managing up to a board while also managing down to staff with no one managing you
